Poland produces incredible films. This year we will celebrate the 25-year long camaraderie with Polish films.

Polish film-makers are recognized world-wide for their superb skills, talents and dedication to the art of motion pictures.

Directors such as Krzysztof Kieślowski, Roman Polański, Andrzej Wajda, Agnieszka Holland are the pride and joy of Polish contemporary culture.

With the intention of being exposed to Los Angeles audiences, it is only natural to bring Polish films to Hollywood.

In 1999, Vladek Juszkiewicz, LA resident, film industry professional and an immigrant from Poland established

the one and only Polish Film Festival Los AngelesTM

Since then the Festival grew into a well recognized, community-based international event.

Today, under the leadership of the current Director, Marek Dzida, artist, LA resident, an immigrant from Poland,

the festival continues the tradition of presenting Polish films in Hollywood.

Every year Polish films created by well recognized directors and also by film entrepreneurs,

students, and experimenting artists are part of the permanent repertoire for LA audiences.

It is going to be the 25th annual edition of PFFLA this year!

The organizers and the volunteers are hoping for one in the lifetime celebration
